E-Participation Policy:
In order to maximize the benefit from the concept of community e-participation, the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) emphasizes the importance of the commitment of users of the e-participation channels available on its platform (Watani). It is necessary to provide constructive opinions and comments that contribute to developing performance and improving the services provided. Accordingly, a set of standards and controls have been identified that must be adhered to when submitting any comments on the e-participation channels. These comments will be reviewed before being published, and the platform management has the right not to publish comments that it deems inappropriate.
The main objectives of the community e-participation application:
- Enhancing the participation of all segments of society in the decision-making process and improving the quality of government services.
- Promote transparency by providing important information to the public through surveys, blogs and polls.
- Provide multiple channels for e-participation and facilitate access to them through direct links and a comprehensive description of each channel.
Criteria for publishing comments and posts:
- Adhere to public morals and avoid using inappropriate phrases or words.
- Focus on the topic at hand and avoid touching on irrelevant issues.
- Avoid personal criticism and focus on enriching the idea presented.
- Do not post any personal or private contact information.
